Welcome to my Spanish language program!
My name is Arantza, I am a passionate teacher and restless traveler, eager to learn about the world and the different cultures, and then pass it on to my students.
I have created the My Spanish Magic Zone method by adapting the pedagogy of second language acquisition to homeschooling. Each of the classes has a teaching purpose. They also come with all the resources you will need to complete the activities.
Due to my passion to travel, and to immerse in different cultures, I have been able to learn about other countries’ educational systems. All this knowledge has allowed me to develop an effective methodology in teaching a language, bringing together the best of each of these educational systems.
I want to leave a mark with my passion for education without borders, and help your children speak Spanish at home and abroad.

I don't speak Spanish. Can we still do this?
Yes — that’s exactly who this is built for. Your child watches a short video and plays a game, about 5-10 minutes a day, and then comes to the lesson.
My child has never studied Spanish before. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that’s how most of my students start. Level 1 begins from zero, and within a few weeks children are saying full sentences, not just words.
The program runs over two years: we work through Level 1 together this school year and Level 2 the next, so your child has a real path rather than a one-off course. You get access to both levels from the day you enrol.
Level 2 exists because my very first students finished Level 1 and asked me for more.
What times are available?

When do classes take place during the year?
You can start anytime — your 32 weekly lessons run from the day you enroll, following the school calendar with two weeks off at Christmas, one week off for Spring Break, and a summer break in July and August if your year runs into it.
What happens if I can't make a class?
No problem — you get two reschedules per school year with at least 24 hours’ notice.
How much time does this take at home?
About 10 minutes a day, four days a week — whichever days suit you between one lesson and the next. It’s a flipped classroom: your child meets the language at home with a video, a game, audio flashcards and a printable, all in my own voice, and then uses it live with me for 25 minutes.
Why is the live lesson only 25 minutes?
Because your child arrives already knowing the words and sentences, so none of it goes on explaining. We spend the whole 25 minutes talking — real conversations in context with a native speaker — and we play the whole way through.
