1. Who we are

My Spanish Magic Zone is run by Arantza Sánchez Puig, C/ Constancia, 28002 Madrid, Spain. Contact: hello@myspanishmagiczone.com.

By purchasing any product on this website, you agree to these terms.

2. What you can buy

2.1 Level 1 — full course

• 12 months of access to the private online area.
• The full Level 1: 28 units plus 4 review units, with improvements added over time.
• The Level 2 units already finished and available on the platform.
• Videos, songs, stories, online games and printable resources.
• Three 25-minute calls with Arantza during your 12 months of access. These calls are for the parent, not lessons for the child. You request them by email and they are scheduled according to availability.

2.2 Private live lessons

Private live lessons are not covered by these terms. They have their own conditions. If you are interested, please write to hello@myspanishmagiczone.com.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Founding families pay $70 for Level 1 until November 27, 2026. After that date, the price is $97.

Payment is made in advance, through ThriveCart, a secure checkout platform. Card and account details are handled only by the payment provider; neither My Spanish Magic Zone nor anyone on its team has access to them. Any claim about the payment itself must be made through the payment platform.

Payment by bank transfer or Zelle (USA) is also possible, on request by email to hello@myspanishmagiczone.com. Please check all details carefully. My Spanish Magic Zone is not responsible for errors in the transfer or for issues involving the client’s bank.

If you pay by Zelle, you get a 3% discount on the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Access and delivery

If you pay through ThriveCart, you will receive an email to create your password. Your username is the email you used to pay and cannot be changed.

If you pay by bank transfer or Zelle, access will be set up manually and sent to you by email within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

Access is personal and for use within the purchasing family. Login details may not be shared with other families.

5. No subscription, no automatic renewal

All products are a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. When your 12 months of access end, you will need to buy again if you wish to continue.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because the course is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the private area (videos, audio, images, texts, games, printables, trademarks, logos and design) belongs to My Spanish Magic Zone.

You may view, print and store the materials only for personal and private use within your family. You may not copy, distribute, sell, share or modify them, in whole or in part, for free or for payment, without written permission.

If you share any content on social media, you must credit My Spanish Magic Zone and may not modify it.

8. System requirements

• A computer with an internet connection.
• The ability to watch videos and open .pdf files.
• A printer is recommended for the printable resources.

9. Right of exclusion

My Spanish Magic Zone may deny or withdraw access, without prior notice, to users who do not comply with these terms.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

My Spanish Magic Zone may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published and do not affect purchases already made.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep any protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
