1. Intellectual Property

My Spanish Magic Zone is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, as well as, the elements contained, there in, which, by way of example, but not limitation are: images, sound, photographs, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, color combination, the structure, design, selection of materials used, programs necessary for its operation, access and use, the reproduction, distribution and public communication including its modality, being expressly prohibited, of making available, all or part of the contents of the website, in a medium and by any technical means, with or without commercial fines, without the authorization of My Spanish Magic Zone.

The user undertakes to respect the copyright owned by My Spanish Magic Zone, and may consequently view, print, and store in an electronic or virtual device, but solely and exclusively for personal and private use, not being able at any time to distribute, reproduce them, onerous or free, to third parties or make any transformation of them. In any case, you must always mention the authorship of My Spanish Magic Zone and Facebook page when you decide to share any of the content on any social network, not being able to modify, totally or partially, any of the content on any occasion.

No excerpt from a course, book, blog post or any part of the website may be shared, including mention of third parties.

2. Subscriptions, Access and Delivery Procedure

My Spanish Magic Zone offers an annual subscription that gives you access for 12 months to learn Spanish through its private area. Depending on the subscription option you choose, you will receive access to exclusive content, learning resources, online games, and live group sessions.

Access and delivery procedures vary based on the subscription level:

• Option 1 (Basic): Immediate access to the platform. Credentials for online games will be sent via email within 24 hours.

• Option 2 (One to One) : Fill out the form with the schedule that works best for you, and I will contact you with the link. You will receive full access and credentials via email within 24 hours. The price is charged monthly and covers your entire family, regardless of the number of children. In case the teacher needs to cancel due to illness or any unforeseen circumstances, a new date and time for the makeup class will be proposed based on the availability.

• Option 3 (Advanced): Full access and credentials will be provided via email within 24 hours. You will also receive weekly instructions for the live group classes held on Monday or Wednesdays for 32 weeks throughout the school year, taking into account holidays and vacation periods. The price covers each family for up to 2 children.The group must have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants. In case of cancellation by the teacher due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, the teacher will propose a new date and time for the makeup class based on the availability of the majority, which will be collected through a scheduling form.

3. Payments Terms

Payments can be made through ThriveCart, a secure and reliable checkout platform that ensures 100% safe transactions. Alternatively, payment can also be made via bank transfer or the Zelle app (USA) — however, these methods must be requested in advance by email at: hello@myspanishmagiczone.com

Who will be the sole recipient of the data related to the buyer´s credit card or account, which neither My Spanish Magic Zone nor anyone from the work team has access. Therefore, any claim must be made directly through the payment platform.

When paying via bank transfer or Zelle, please ensure all details are entered correctly. My Spanish Magic Zone will not be held responsible for errors in the transfer or for any issues involving the client’s bank.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and varies according to the current chosen promotion for a duration of access of 12 months.

The payment must be made in advance to gain access to the platform.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, but please note the following:

• The subscription is non-refundable.

• It does not renew automatically. Once the subscription period ends, you will need to purchase again if you wish to continue.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

5. Refunds

Once the subscription is paid for, it will not be refundable.

6. System Requirements

• A computer with an internet connection. This Spanish course for children is digital, so you will need a computer with an internet connection to access the platform and follow the lessons.
• A printer. Additionally, it is recommended for the proper functioning of the course to use a printer to print some of the downloadable resources.
• The ability to view files with a .pdf extension.
• The capability to watch videos.»
• A mouse and a keyboard are the only components needed to use a computer.

7. Right of exclusion

My Spanish Magic Zone reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and/or the services offered without prior notice, either at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, for users who do not comply with these terms and conditions.

8. Modification of this legal notice and duration

My Spanish Magic Zone reserves the right to make any necessary changes at any time without prior notice. This includes modifications to the website’s content, services, design, structure, and the terms and conditions set forth herein. Such changes will be effective as soon as they are duly published.
